This is the seal of quality that a business has achieved an overall quality score of 95% or greater. If you have won a Quality Business Award, we congratulate you — your dedication to providing a quality product and maintaining an outstanding customer experience is recognized.

We personally contact businesses once a year that have qualified for a business award in their field. While we do our best to ensure the judging is fair and accurate, we do under rare exceptions allow businesses to apply for reconsideration.

How Winners Are Selected

Our rigorous 4-step process ensures only the most deserving businesses receive recognition

Nomination

Nominations are made for the upcoming year. Anyone can nominate a business free of charge. A nomination doesn't guarantee a win, but starts our evaluation.

Algorithm Analysis

Our proprietary machine learning system checks each business's reputation across Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trust Pilot, and 10+ other trusted platforms.

Expert Review

A team member manually reviews the algorithm's report, validating both positive and negative signals to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Award Notification

Qualifying businesses are notified of their win. Logo usage is free. Plaques and trophies are available upon payment as optional extras.
